On November 8, in Paris, France; Evan Marcel Nicolas Rosier was born. The epitome of what it means to be a Scorpio. He is the sole heir of the prominent and well-known family: The Rosiers. The proud members of the Sacred Twenty-Eight, tracing their family origins as purebloods. The family lives in a gated structure, past the gates stand the grand white chateau. "Chateau Rosier". His parents: (HC: Nicolas (( but can be changed if discussed) Rosier Senior (British Pureblood Wizard) & an unnamed female. (French/Italian Pureblood Witch). His father was a former Hogwarts student sorted into Slytherin, while his mother was enrolled at Beauxbatons, sorted into Ombrelune. At the age of four years old, the parent decided to hide their son from any Auror / Ministry pursuit of the family. (More background about the escape is written further down in this section) As Evan grew up, he has a prominent French accent when speaking English. Evan is considered to be a trilingual person, composing the languages of French, English, and Italian. Although his native tongue is French, he often went to various countries with his mother who made sure to teach her son about his Italian roots. Although she despises anything muggle-related; she found it only fair that her little boy becomes skilled in knowing not only the Wizarding community of France but as well as the muggle side of France. Reading to her son nightly muggle classics such as 'The Flowers of Evil & Candide & Dangerous Liasions'. Evan also picked up the talent of playing the piano, his parents deeming him a prodigy. His mother gifted Evan who was seven at the time, a French book of poetry that was inscribed in her handwriting to 'Never forget who you are'.
The moment he was born, everything that he desired became him. But hidden to the rest of the world; Behind the Rosier family doors, chaos ensued. Rosier Senior had abused the young heir tossing him around like a rag-doll; making him repeat and perform spells over and over until Evan succeeded. While the beatings occurred, in the young male's mind; he felt a rather strong connection to 'Stockholm Syndrome' which would become engrained in Evan's mind.Tragedy once hit Evan Rosier's life when he turned ten years old. His father abandoned the family leaving the mother and son to fend for themselves. This was where Evan and his mother depended on each other. They hadn't had the need for anybody else. Rumors speculate that Rosier Senior left Evan and his mother because he had another family. Evan has heard whispers of a half-brother named Felix whispered around the corridors of Hogwarts. But not every instance of Evan's life was surrounded by darkness. There were very slim chances of light in his life. For example, his favorite desserts such as chocolate eclairs were whipped up to perfection, and dunking french cookies into his coffee, brings a subtle smile to his face. Another important fact about him was that his childhood consisted of him being completely independent. The Rosiers' decided that their house would not implement the use of House-Elves because they were hideous creatures, and any association with a house-elf was an embarrassment.At the age of eleven, Evan received his letter and began his study at Hogwarts, getting sorted into Slytherin House. Held to the highest power one could amount to; he would bring pride to not only his family but to the sacred twenty-eight families. One of Evan's earliest memories of his father's many lectures rang in his mind as if it was a mantra. Rosier Senior always ending it with: "We are the Rosier's. Evan... That is who you are. Don't ever forget where you come from. You are of a noble race. Victoire, Loyauté, Beauté." From the day he was born, his mind had been forged into believing that the concept of pureblood supremacy was the only way to live; to this day, Evan still holds steadfast. Some of Evan's notable features consist of having blue eyes and dark brown (almost) black hair. He stands at a height is 5'10. Evan's wand is recorded to be 12 inches, a Red Oak wood finish with a Phoenix core. Another fact about him is that his patronus
is a bear.
The family's motto is as follows "Victoire, Loyauté, Beauté (Victory, Loyalty, Beauty). An important aspect of the Rosier family name is to follow these standards. The decision to move from the French Wizarding school of Beauxbatons Academy of Magic infringed on Raoul Rosier (a French Pureblood aristocrat), one of the main ancestors of the Rosier family name who met his wife, the very talented Odette Delon (a British Pureblood witch) formerly a student at Hogwarts and a member of Slytherin House at the Yule Ball. After they had both completed their education, they married and had a son named Victor who had enrolled in Hogwarts and called Slytherin House their perfect home. The Rosier name remains a prominent name within the Wizarding Community.His introduction to the Death Eaters was a birthright, something that was bound to happen. It would be considered fate. His father had always supported Lord Voldemort's decision during the early years of The Dark Lord's rise to power. Word of Rosier Senior's involvement led to the ministry catching the name of the Rosier's into the British and French Ministries. Rosier Senior, what a proud and devoted soldier until the very end. This revolt against the magic community by supporting dark wizardry and the dark arts ended in Rosier Senior being thrown into Azkaban. Reports of his father's wellbeing sometimes made their way past the walls of Azkaban. Guards say that he has deteriorating mental health and is often screaming: "Vive La Révolution" ((Long Live The Revolution)) (There are fragile pieces of his father's wand kept in a small wooden box underneath Evan's bed. Through the law of wands, he has been slowly fusing pieces of his father's wand with his own, to try and manipulate the power of the two wands)). His mother on the other hand only had the best intentions for her son. She helped heal his wounds from the brutality of Rosier's Senior's fits of anger towards young Evan. She is a woman who speaks with high authority and poise. Gossip and Rumors spread that others saw her waving her son off at King's Crossing; pressing her ruby red lips against her son's forehead before disappearing once again into the depths of the Wizarding World, some say that she’s hidden among the French Mountains but no one really knows. But on occasion, Evan receives letters stamped with the infamous Rosier seal through the Owl Postal Service.Life at Hogwarts consists of exceeding academics, and obtaining perfect marks, especially in Charms. His circle of friends include prominent pureblood members such as the Lestrange siblings, Barty Crouch Jr., and Mulciber. Although his circle of acquaintances can be expanded upon by other Slytherins who are considered to be pureblood as well as those who support Lord Voldemort's cause.Evan is also the newest member of the Slug Club. Another responsibility to Hogwarts school is that he is the mentor for Slytherin for the Dueling Club. Known for his quick-witted nature when it comes to Dueling, he has taken on the role of supreme dueler. During his years, he was mentored by Alastor Moody, receiving private lessons on how to conjure and hone in on his dueling abilities. Brought up thinking of Moody as a high-authoritative patriarchal figure. Evan Rosier eventually betrayed him causing a duel to ensure between the two. Evan had blasted off a part of Moody's nose. During his 7th year at Hogwarts, Evan created his very own curse. ((Refer to extra section on carrd to learn more)). He is also a highly skilled player of Quidditch. Acquiring the role of Right Side Chaser for Slytherin. His favorite Quidditch team would be the Montrose Magpies.Evan received 'The Dark-Mark' during his 7th year. Tasked with being one of the main guards for Voldemort's Army. He earned his title of 'The Torturer'. He strives to be the perfect foot soldier under His command. True to a Serpent's mannerisms, he analyzes any room/crowd before making any move.For Holidays/Breaks given by Hogwarts, Evan spends the first week at his Aunt Druella's manor; spending time with his three female cousins (Andromeda, Bellatrix, Narcissa). Even though they see each other at school, Evan finds it easiest to talk to Narcissa. She brings out the emotional/sensitive side to him. Evan is most comfortable talking to Narcissa in French rather than English. It reminds him of Paris. Bellatrix on the other hand only adds to Evan's sadistic/narcissistic personality. They fuel each other up. For the third Black sister Andromeda, The relationship that Evan and her share is that they are silent supporters of each other. Although Evan is unaware of her (debatable) loyalty to her family, when it comes to anything else, he is supportive. All of the cousins share an incredibly close bond with each other. But let this be on the record that Evan would kill anyone who crossed paths with his cousins. After that week is up, Evan goes back to Paris where he spends the rest of his holiday/break session. Upon his arrival back to England; he gifts his Aunt's family presents from France. He has been doing this since his first year at Hogwarts. Evan really places a strong emphasis on family; always on his best behavior in front of them. Often teasing his cousins, it's out of adoration and respect for each of them.
Handsome in appearance as well as charming, Evan is popular among those in Slytherin and the three other houses. Often described as a figure who thinks of himself, someone of high status, one who can be considered a womanizer, a flirt. A rather strong sexual appeal to those who come across his way, "Those eyes could kill.." Usually seen in an empty corridor smoking a cigarette; he is usually standoffish. The prospect of being labeled a 'Playboy' doesn't seem to bother him. In fact, he often rejoices in that fact. But that can be debated...
Evan is very protective of those who he considers to be in his 'inner circle' Egotistical, he knows that he is better than everybody else around him, because he is always two steps ahead of everyone. He is a megalomaniac; suffering from ASPD and Narcissism. Evan also has anger issues, he can be verbally abusive & is sometimes physical as well. But a hidden fact, he is more internally sensitive than he would like to show off, although he cast types as the typical douchebag, it could be "armor". Typical of Slytherin's roots, he stays true to having his true self be hidden in the shadows, not willing to let anyone close to him unravel who he truly is.

Incantation: CAPERE SENSIBUS
English Translation: Capture Sensations.
Must be performed with a wand.Can be performed nonverbally.(The only known castor to do this (nonverbally) was Evan Rosier himself)DESCRIPTION:
Can afflict potential victims in a group setting (at least 3-4 people at a time) if the castor so desires or individually. This Curse results in the direct target(s) in having one or more of the five senses: (sight / hearing / touch / smell / taste) immediately taken away from them. The direct object / person is in antagonizing pain upon impacting this curse/hex. Suddenly dropping towards the floor; a burning sensation prominent through their whole body as if consuming the body in flames. If pressured enough, just that alone could end the victim’s life. But if wanting to torture, the time to takes for that process is one where it can be dragged out so much (a duration of 2 weeks or it could be pushed to a month, before the physical impact of the torture ends the potential victim’s life). With enough practice, this incantation can be performed in combinations or individually each time. The castor being able to pick and choose which out of the five; they would like to perform.
COLOR:
The color emitted from the castor’s wand when produced is described as being a bright white color with flecks of red surrounding in and around the white light; symbolizing a white rose dripping in red, (to mimic blood).MOTION:
The motion that the castor has to do is to have the wand pointed directly at the interest point(s) with a forward lunge the castor then proceeds to pull back the wand as if to extract the senses in a quick motion yanking it away from the victim. The closer in proximity the castor is to the victim, the more intense the curse is.WHAT THE VICTIM FEELS:
• Upon Impact: Burning sensation throughout the whole body.
• Sight: Blurriness, fading light, darkness, sharp pain. (The victim eventually goes blind from the torture)
• Hearing: Cartilage crunching, loud / screeched ringing until mute.
• Touch: Skin stretching, melting pain starting from the feet to one’s core, then to their hands and eventually to the victim’s head.
• Smell: Loss of breath, twisting pain, burning in the back of one’s throat.
• Taste: Tongue burning as though it is on fire, jaw clenching, gums bursting.COUNTER:
While there is no actual counter for this hex; There are some ways in order to defend oneself.
1. Distance can play a major part in trying to combat this curse.. Nonverbally; if the victim is essentially too far from the castor (ex: 5 feet) The curse is incomplete. But if the castor has a wand in which this is performed, the curse can extend up to 10 feet, essentially striking the victim down.
2. The victim has to be able to be quick enough to defer away from the castor in hopes of running away and surviving.
3. Any Wizard/Witch trying to combat this curse has to have a rather strong sense / very high skill in shielding themselves from it. But this hex has the potential to penetrate through; if the castor can overpower the intended victim (mentally).
4. Another potential counter is to try and stop the castor from completing the incantation. (In other words: Kill the Castor)
